BOOKING POLICY

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, all deposit goes towards final cost of hairstyle chosen.

The rest can be paid in cash, Apple Pay, zelle or cash app. on the day of your appointment. NOTE $3 extra charge applies when paying with card.

Deposits are non-refundable, it can be transferred for rescheduling (once) if the appointment is rescheduled before 24 hours of your initial appointment.

You can reschedule your appointment by yourself through the confirmation email that you received from us . (Before 24 hours of the initial appointment)

Colors provided in braiding service are 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30, and 1b30, 1b27 are provided but any other colors like grey, purple, blue, red, 613 and platinum you have to bring.

Hair must be clean and product free (washed no more than two days) it must be thoroughly detangled and blown out. (to avoid cancellation)

ALL TIMES ARE ESTIMATED … (EXPECT DELAY) A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF WILL REACH OUT TO YOU (give you notice) ..WE ARE WORKING AS FAST AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE WE SERVICE YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.

▪️Some styles may take longer on some clients than the others depending on the client's hair and other factors,
▪️do not plan an important event right after your appointment to avoid rushing.

if you have any concerns regarding your service, you have 24 hours to report them, or we will not be responsible for it.

Your hair must be 3-4 inches in length all around the edges for all style

Booking is allowed up to 40 days out from the current date

If you have ANY symptoms, please be considerate and reschedule * allergies included.
