How Long Does My Order Take To Arrive?

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and for domestic shipping (i.e. within the United States) you will receive your packages within 5-7 business days, and international shipping within 10-15 business days. You will receive your tracking details once your package is been shipped out for delivery. 

 

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

 

Only eligible items can be exchanged. When you want to exchange the hair extensions, please contact us first about the problem you encountered, we will try our best to solve it. If your problem can’t be solved without exchange, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our exchange system. You can then send the item back to the address on the original shipment. Exchange without contacting would be charged 10% handling fee.

 

Exchange Policy

 

  1. Please send pictures of the hair extensions first to us when you decide to make exchange or return

  2. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want exchange with different style, you should pay the price difference.

  3. There won’t be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but client needs to afford the shipping cost of their hair extensions

  4. The same shipping information and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchanged order, unless specified.

Expedite The Exchange Process (Cross-ship)

Need your exchanged product now? Place a new order online or email us at info@mirisebeaty.com we will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase paid with PayPal. Indicate the new order number on the Exchange Request Form, and we receive and process the eligible retuned product, we’ll issue a refund without restocking fee. 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, a 30% restocking fee would be applied for all returned merchandise. R returned postage is on buyer.

Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining would be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order

How to Return

​

Only eligible hair extensions can be returned. Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without return, we would be happy to accept and add your name in our return system. You can then send the item back to the address on the original shipment. Return without communication would be rejected.

Cancel Order

​

Any changes or cancellations must be done before 11:00am EST. Changes or cancellations made after 11:00am EST. shall be charged 5% of the total. There is no cancellation fee for any request to cancel, or change if the request is made before the order processes at 11:00am EST. if you place an order on Friday before 11:00am EST. you need to call by 11:00 am EST on the same day in order to cancel or change your order. If you place your order after 11:00am EST. on Friday, you can call us by 11:00 EST on Saturday

 

If you make an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been authorized and shipped, we are sorry, but there is nothing we can do until you receive your order. You’ll need to receive the order first, and then return it (in accordance with our return policy) /for a refund. We’ll charge shipping and handling fee if your package is already shipped out. If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer’s refund.

 

Standard cancellation policy does not apply to “Express” shipping orders. For “Express” shipping orders, changes or cancellations must be made immediately, within the same day of placing “Express” order by 11:00am EST. changes or cancellations made after 11:00am EST will be charged 15% of the total.
